Consisting of seven units, each manufactured for single-draft and with 22" (559mm) diameter blocks.
Blocks numbered 1 - 4 are made without grooves for the stripper and blocks numbered 5, 6, and 7 are provided with grooves
for the stripper.
The machine is intended for drawing stainless steel wire in quality 18/8 and 25/20 and for drawing
nicrotal wire. The maximum inlet wire diameter is 0.315" (8mm).
The machine is built for the following maximum drawing speeds at 2800 rpm on the drawing motors:
Block 1: 235fpm (71.628m/m). Gear ratio: 102.2
Block 2: 315fpm (96.012m/m). Gear ratio: 102.2

The dies to be used in the machine should have the dimensions: 1.69" (4.2926cm) diameter by 1.46"
